This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify store. By making a purchase with QuickCart Ventures, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this carefully so you fully understand the conditions and timelines that apply to your order.

1. Processing Your Order

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it within 1–2 business days. Processing includes verifying your order details, performing quality checks, and preparing items for shipment. Processing time is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Kenya or at our suppliers’ warehouses.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

QuickCart Ventures partners with trusted carriers and international fulfillment centers to bring you a wide selection of products at competitive prices. Shipping times vary depending on product location, destination, and carrier.

Standard International Shipping (Default): Estimated delivery is typically 7–21 business days after the processing period. This range reflects factors such as customs clearance, carrier schedules, and destination region.

Expedited or Express Shipping (If Available): Some items may offer a faster option for an additional fee. Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. While we strive to meet them, external factors such as customs delays, weather disruptions, or carrier backlogs may occasionally extend shipping times. QuickCart Ventures cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. This email includes a summary of your order, your tracking number (if available), and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive a confirmation email within five business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at quickcartventures@gmail.com.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery. QuickCart Ventures is not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by customs inspections.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes apartment numbers, building names, and any relevant landmarks. QuickCart Ventures is not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we can reship it after collecting additional shipping fees.

6. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from a single order may ship separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with our carriers to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

8. Changes & Updates

QuickCart Ventures reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed about our practices.
