This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our Shopify store. By placing an order with QuickCart Ventures, you agree to the terms below. Please read this carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Overview

QuickCart Ventures is committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Because many of our items are shipped from international suppliers, our return and refund process is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the practical limitations of global fulfillment. This Policy outlines when you may request a return or refund, the steps to follow, and the conditions that apply.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt).

Certain products such as personal care items, intimate apparel, and customized or clearance items, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email quickcartventures@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our support team will review your request and provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and any required authorization code.

Do not send products back to the manufacturer or fulfillment center without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, or a significant defect), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. QuickCart Ventures is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received it and will confirm whether a refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times for your bank or credit card company may vary, so it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the item is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.

6. Exchanges

QuickCart Ventures does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item with a different size or style, please follow the return process for a refund and then place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received the funds, email quickcartventures@gmail.com so we can investigate.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items
