1. How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery across Kenya typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules.

2. How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of KSh 350 for standard delivery anywhere in Kenya. Occasionally we run free-shipping promotions, watch our homepage for announcements.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, M-Pesa, and other secure online payments displayed at checkout.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at

6. Can I change or cancel an order after purchase?

Once an item has shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.

7. Do your products have a warranty?

8. Do you ship outside Kenya?

Currently we ship within Kenya only. International shipping options may be introduced in the future, subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

9. Can I pick up my order in person?

At this time we operate online only and do not offer physical pickup.
